09.01.2015 Grenada - Union Island

Am 08.01.2015 liefen wir bei schönem Wetter um 07.00 Uhr aus Port Louis aus. Bis 12.00 Uhr sehr wenig Wind, da wir an der W-Seite Grenada segeltenund daher vom Passat abgedeckt waren. Am Gros Pt. kam dann der Wind und hoch am Wind segelten wir gen Norden. Um 18.00 Uhr dann die erste Wende,es folgten noch mehrere Manöver, immer hoch am Wind, welches überhauptnicht unsere Disziplin ist.Um 03.15 Uhr ankerten wir auf der Reede von Union Island welche zu St.Vincent gehört. Morgens stellten wir fest, dass die Reede übervoll mit Yachten ist. Heute am 10.01.2015 ist das Wetter sehr schlecht, der Himmel schwarz, es gießt laufend wie aus Eimern und der Wind heult in der Takelage. Wir haben  beschlossen heute hier am Anker zubleiben. Wir liegen zusammen mit unzähligen Yachten in der Bucht von Clifton/Union Island hinter einem Riff. Die See wird durch das Riff gebrochen, trotzdem muß man manchmal das Glas mit dem Rumpunsch festhalten damit es nicht vom Tisch rutscht. Unsere Pos. 12°35,6'N 61°24,7'W
