Maryreau Island - Bequia

Am Mitwoch, den 14.01.2014 war der Anker auf. Vor uns hatte ein französicher Katamaran gelegen und zwar direkt über unserem Anker. Während des Ankerhievens ging der Kat mit der Maschine voraus und das Anker aufnehmen war kein Problem. Bei steifem Passat und hoch am Wind, segelten wir Richtung Bequia. Vor der Admiralty Bay mußten wir noch 2 Kreuzschläge machen und um 15.40 Uhr waren wir an der Mooring in der Admiralty Bay von Bequia fest. Endlich liegt das Boot mal ruhig, denn auf den vorherigen Ankerplätzen hatte das Boot immer stark gerollt. Hier wie auf den anderen Inseln kommen laufend fliegende Händler mit ihren Booten vorbei. Einer winkt mit einem lebenden Lobster, gestern Morgen wurde frisches Baguette für 15 EC$ = 5€ (East Caribbean Dollar) angeliefert und gerade eben erschien der Fotograf und bot uns ein wunderschönes Foto von unserem Boot an, welches er gestern auf See von uns aufgenommen hatte. 30€ sind aber auch ein stolzer Preis. Man sagt hier " EC$ come, EC$ go.........Unsere Pos. 13°00,6'N 061°14,4'W
